Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the CSCPA's governing body. It controls CSCPA funds and property, supervises CSCPA affairs, and is responsible for statements of position to the public, budget approval, and other major policy matters. The board consists of 11 members — the chair, vice chair/chair-elect, and immediate past chair who serve one-year terms — and six directors and the treasurer who serve two-year terms. CEO Mary E. Medley is the corporate secretary.
