Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsoring a conference is a great way to increase the name recognition and general awareness of your company among Colorado CPAs. The CSCPA welcomes any company, with the exception of CPA firms, to sponsor a Colorado Society of CPAs conference. Click here for this year's conference schedule.

Sponsors will receive:

• Recognition in the conference materials
• Recognition in Quick-Search (course listing mailed to the CSCPA membership)
• Verbal recognition at the conference by the Conference Chairperson
• A banner in the conference meeting room for visual recognition (provided by sponsor)
• Distribution of pre-approved material regarding the sponsor’s services or products

Any material distributed by a sponsor must be value-neutral and cannot include quantitative, qualitative, comparative, or pricing information regarding the sponsor or its competitors. Additionally, material cannot include inducements to buy, sell, or use a sponsor’s services or products. The CSCPA does not endorse any sponsor, product, or service, and reserves the right to review all submitted material. All extra printed materials will be returned by the CSCPA via UPS one week after the conference.

Sponsor Responsibilities

• A $500 fee must be paid in full three weeks before the conference
• All logos for recognition purposes must be submitted 12 weeks before the conference

Exhibitor Opportunities

Promote your company’s message to the CSCPA membership. Be an exhibitor at an upcoming CSCPA conference. The CSCPA welcomes any company whose product is educational to members and helps them better perform their job functions. Click here for this year's conference schedule.

Exhibitors will receive:   

• Recognition in the conference materials
• Recognition in Quick-Search (course listing mailed to our full membership)
• Verbal recognition at the conference by the Conference Chairperson
• A banner in the conference meeting room for visual recognition (provided by exhibitor)
• A six-foot table at the conference to use for distribution of material that is value-neutral regarding the sponsor’s services or products

Any material distributed by an exhibitor must be value-neutral and cannot include quantitative, qualitative, comparative, or pricing information regarding the sponsor or its competitors. Additionally, material cannot include inducements to buy, sell, or use a exhibitor’s services or products. The CSCPA does not endorse any exhibitor, product, or service, and reserves the right to review all submitted material.

Exhibitor Responsibilities

• A $700 fee must be paid in full three weeks before the conference
• All logos for recognition purposes must be submitted 12 weeks before the conference
• Any charges related to exhibitor’s participation other than the hanging of a banner
• Displays:  
  • Must be three feet or less in height when displayed on the table
  • Must set up by 7:45 a.m. the day of the conference
  • Must be taken down by 5:00 p.m. the day of the conference
