Young Professionals 5th Annual Kickball Showdown and Food Drive

Date: August 21, 2010

Time: 9:00 a.m.

Location: Schaefer Park in Littleton

Cost:  $350 per team (minimum nine players, maximum 15 players)
$25 per individual free agent

Come join the CSCPA Young Professionals on Saturday, August 21  for a great chance to network with other professionals, while acting like a "kid" for a few hours! It's the 5th Annual CSCPA Summer Kickball Showdown at Schaefer Park!

This will be an all day tournament, and all teams will receive event t-shirts, and are guaranteed at least two games, food, drinks, giveaways, and a TON of fun! Games will be organized by Western Alternative Sports Association, an organization that sets up every event to be laid back and social, so anyone can come out and have a great time, regardless of age or ability!

The event is tentatively scheduled to go from about 9:00 a.m. (with a brief check in prior to the start of play) until about 3:00 p.m. with a lunch and raffle break around noon.

In conjunction with the tournament, there will be a food drive to benefit the Denver Rescue Mission.  All participants are encouraged to bring a food donation. The team that brings the most food donations will be awarded prizes!

Sponsorship

This year’s event will also include a food drive to help support the Food Bank of the Rockies.

To encourage team participation in the food drive, a prize will be awarded to the team that donates the most food items.

Sponsorships will grant exposure to approximately 200 upwardly mobile professionals as well as assisting a reputable charity. We
invite your company to participate in this tradition and cause by becoming a sponsor of this event.

Grand Slam - $1,000 (2 sponsorships available):
• Lunch Sponsor - Company banner will be displayed at the lunch table and eating area.
• Host a table at the event to hand out informational material and meet participants (during registration and lunch)
• Company will have 5 minutes to speak to the group during the lunch break when raffle prizes are awarded
• Company will be recognized in the CSCPA NewsAccount magazine that reaches over 8000 CPA’s in Colorado
• Company logo will appear on t-shirts that each participant receives
• Company provides informational / promotional material to be included in the snack packs that each participant will
receive at registration.

Base Kick - $500 (5 sponsorships available):
• Watering Hole or Field Sponsor – Company banner at the pool where all of the water for participants is available
throughout the day or on one of the fields where the games will take place.
• Company will be recognized in the CSCPA NewsAccount magazine that reaches over 8000 CPA’s in Colorado
• Company logo will appear on t-shirts that each participant receives.
• Company provides informational / promotional material to be included in the snack packs that each participant will
receive at registration.

Sacrifice Fly - $250 (4 sponsorships available):
• Snack Pack Sponsor - provide informational / promotional material to be included in the snack packs that each
participant will receive at registration.
• Company logo will appear on t-shirts that each participant receives
Booster - $100 (5 sponsorships available):
• Raffle / Team prizes Sponsor – Company will be recognized for one of the raffle prizes awarded
• Company Name will appear on t-shirts that each participant receives.
