Mike Hogan will present the essential rules-to free up private foundations so that they can perform their critical role-philanthropic giving.

Directions
In Boulder, take Arapahoe east past 55th Street; turn right into the Spice of Life Event Center, Flatirons Golf Course parking lot.
From Louisville and Lafayette take Arapahoe Road west; turn left (south) into the Spice of Life Center at 57th Street.
From Longmont, take the Diagonal to Foothills Parkway.  Turn left (east) on Arapahoe, then follow Boulder instructions
