The CFO/Controller Roundtables provide information and networking opportunities for CSCPA members and their colleagues in the CFO, controller, and executive level finance positions in industry.
The Roundtable meetings are held at the CSCPA on the last Friday of the month from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m.

Governmental Issues provides guidance on current implementation issues and legislative matters; maintain liaison with the governmental financial community and practitioners; responds to exposure drafts from GASB, AICPA, and OMB; works on governmental standards overload; and on a confidential basis, reviews governmental audit reports voluntarily submitted by members for educational review. The Public Company Practice Forum works to improve awareness of the issues pertaining to publicly held companies and the quality of reporting and compliance with SEC and PCAOB matters, including the effects of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. The Tax Study Group meets on the last Tuesday of each month for lunch to discuss the latest tax issues. The Tax Study Group provides a forum for CSCPA members to assist other members in maintaining and expanding their professional competence in state and local taxes, and to maintain liaison with appropriate state and local taxing authorities. Guest speakers from the IRS, the Colorado Department of Revenue, and other entities are often invited to attend.
