CR & R (Colorado Statutes, Rules and Regulations CE1-P1)
|
|
|
By Rosemary Weiss – This 2-hour course fulfills the Colorado State Board of Accountancy’s
ethics requirement for CPAs who have an active certificate. The state board also may require this course for reactivation
of a license or reinstatement of a license that has been expired for 2 or more years.

PE (AICPA Professional Ethics Exam – PE)
|
|
|
By the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants – This is an 11-hour ethics course,
generally required after a person has passed the CPA exam. Sometimes, the State Board of Accountancy requires CPAs
who relocate to Colorado to take this exam.
