Overview:Learn how to apply these bodies of law to practical, everyday experiences for the CPA in public, private, and government practices. Also, get updated on the State Board's rule changes that went into effect October 2010.
* Remember, the Colorado State Board of Accountancy requires CPAs to complete a CR&R course within six months of their initial licensure/certification.

Objective:Familiarize and update participants with the Colorado State Board of Accountancy statutes, rules, and regulations and to apply these bodies of law to practical, everyday experience for a CPA in public, private, and government practices. Review and analyze actual State Board of Accountancy cases in order to learn the complaint, investigative, and legal process of the board, and to enable participants to understand the ramifications of this process.

Cancellation or transfer requests made two(2) to five(5) business days prior to the program, $25 fee assessed.

Cancellation or transfer requests made one business day prior to the program, $50 fee assessed.

Day of program or no notice of cancellation, 100 percent course fee assessed.

If you transfer from an in-person class course to a webcast, the above policies apply.

Remember, the COCPA reserves the right to cancel a course seven days prior to the program date. Please keep this cancellation policy in mind when making your travel plans and airline reservations. The COCPA will not be liable for flight cancellation penalties due to our cancellation.
