Overview:

Stay current on recent changes in accounting and auditing while covering summaries of FASB, SEC, PCC, PCAOB and AICPA standard setting activities in the current year. Implementation dates will be provided to help in planning for changes. Highlight those changes that are to be implemented in the current year. Also, discuss the difference between public and private company requirements.
