Registration and Payment Information
Registering for CPE courses and conferences has never been easier. You can register in one of the following ways:

All participants must register in advance or pay the nonmember fee to walk in to a course. Any outstanding registration fees from prior years must be paid to be eligible for current course registration including courses, conferences, self-study, or On-site training. We accept several methods of payment: cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
Canceling or Transferring Registrations
Cancellation or transfer requests made six(6) business days or more prior to the program, no fee assessed.
Cancellation or transfer requests made two(2) to five(5) business days prior to the program, $25 fee assessed.
Cancellation or transfer requests made one business day prior to the program, $50 fee assessed.
Day of program or no notice of cancellation, 100 percent course fee assessed.
Remember, the COCPA reserves the right to cancel a course seven days prior to the program date. Please keep this cancellation policy in mind when making your travel plans and airline reservations. The COCPA will not be liable for flight cancellation penalties due to our cancellation.

You are welcome to walk in to a class without registering in advance; however, regardless of membership status, you will be responsible for the
nonmember fee. Walk-ins are admitted only as classroom space and materials permit.
Course Date and Location Changes and Course Cancellations
Occasionally, emergencies or enrollment numbers necessitate a change in or cancellation of a scheduled course. We will notify you immediately in the event that we must reschedule, relocate, or cancel a course for which you are registered.
We know how busy your travel and work schedules can be, so if a course is cancelled we promise to notify you seven days prior to the presentation date, whenever possible.
CPE courses are rarely cancelled due to poor weather conditions. However, if you are unable to attend a course due to inclement weather, please call the CPE department immediately at (303) 773-2877, so we can notify the instructor as well as assist you with finding another course to take.
Cellular Phones and Electronic Devices
All electronic devices brought into the classroom must be turned off or set to vibrate. This ensures an optimum learning environment for all program participants. Individuals should leave the room if they are receiving a phone call. For your convenience and privacy, phone booths are located near the classrooms at the COCPA office.
