Managing Diversity To Promote Inclusion
We are all different. There is no “one size fits all” approach to managing people. Yet organizations have historically operated as if this were the case. In this session we’ll explore the meaning of diversity and discuss how leadership at every level can interact with all people in a way that expresses inclusion and welcoming of the special gifts that we each bring to the workplace.
