Recovery Road: 2021 Economic Update for Colorado
Patricia Silverstein

The economic recovery from the two-month COVID recession has been underway in Colorado for over a year, according to the National Bureau of Economic Research. But this recovery is similar to the roads that we travel throughout the state: filled with twists, turns, uphills, downhills, and a few bumps along the way. In the face of continued uncertainty, we must map our path forward and determine how to create new opportunities even though all aspects of the economy have been changed or altered due to the pandemic.

This presentation will discuss current and projected growth trends at the national, state, and regional levels. The presentation features employment and industry trends, population growth and consumer activity, and the residential and commercial real estate markets.
