Ethical Responsibilities In Tax Practice

Description

CPAs engaged in tax practice will benefit from this program using situational ethics in a case study format to help them understand the standards of ethical tax practice, and to recognize circumstances in day-to-day client service where the standards should be applied. The program is designed to meet the Colorado State Board of Accountancy’s 4-hour ethics requirement.

Learning Objectives

Using a case study approach to explore the boundaries of ethical tax practice as defined in the standards applicable to Colorado tax practitioners, learn how to apply the standards to every day tax practice issues.
