Information Strategy (On-Demand) 2019
The CPE course covers information systems and information strategy. It examines the components of information strategy, such as organization, technology infrasctructure, and management processes. The course investigates steps used in a structured evaluation of information strategy, and examines the requirements and types of information systems used by various levels of management. This course considers how businesses could structure information provision to its managers, and looks at practical issues that have to be addressed with these solutions. It explains the process of data warehousing, and provides case studies based on real-world scenarios.
