In this session, you will learn to use energy more effectively and learn how to increase your ability to build strong, loyal relationships with those important to the success of your business.
Module 1: Maximize Your Personal Effectiveness to Activate and Inspire Your Team.
We can’t create more hours in the day, but we can learn to use our energy more effectively to get more done with less effort. If we are brutally honest with ourselves, we probably know that we could be more effective if we just did “X.” In this session, participants learn how to manage physical and emotional energy, not time, in order to unleash personal and team productivity. They will also create a system for prioritizing goals/deliverables that not only prevents bottle necking, but activates and inspires teams to reach their true capacity.
Module 2: Introduction to Relationship Science.
In today’s employment environment, people have more options than ever before. High-quality team members, both already on your team and those considering joining your team are looking to check two boxes when they are making the decision to be on your team or not. They are looking for Empathy and Expertise, in that order. Relationship building is not “one size fits all”. It is “one size fits one”. What works with one relationship can completely fail in another. In this module, you’ll learn how to increase your ability to build strong, loyal relationships with those important to the success of your business.
