In this session, you will learn to run a high-performing team as well as how to ask questions in a manner that addresses core issues and challenges, and discover how to develop agreements for positive future conversations.

Module 4: Running a High-Performing Team: Strategies for Removing Inefficiencies and Creating Powerful Opportunities
High performing teams require different fuel than other teams, and they simply won’t run well unless they have the tools, strategies, and support they need. In this session, participants discover the distinct differences between managing a team and managing a high performing team and are introduced to the seven secrets that propel teams forward and remove obstacles to success.

Module 5: Confidently and Effectively Having Challenging Conversations
Who likes to initiate or conduct “challenging conversations?” We’ve found only a few answering “yes” to that question without some hesitation. The good news is that by using a few powerful strategies, these conversations are infinitely easier to conduct. In this session, participants learn how to gracefully enter the Zone of Uncomfortable Debate (ZOUD) in order to have meaningful and powerful conversations with their team members and peers. Also, learn how to ask questions in a manner that addresses core issues and challenges, and discover how to develop agreements for positive future conversations.
