This course will cover Statement on Standards in Personal Financial Planning Services No. 1 (SSPFPS No. 1) which provides guidance to AICPA members, and offers a framework for the CPA financial planner to deliver personal financial planning (PFP) services with the highest levels of integrity, professionalism, objectivity, and competence in order to best serve his or her clients and the public. It is incumbent upon all planners to be familiar with SSPFPS No. 1 and to adhere to its precepts. This course will give you the necessary information to incorporate these requirements into your professional practice and client engagements.
