CANCELLED: SEC Reporting

Description

This two-day course provides (in “Plain English”) the practicing professional with the expertise and knowledge needed to excel as a preparer or reviewer of SEC filings. Participants will learn the rules of the road, explore the filing requirements and required forms (e.g., 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.), discover disclosure best practices, and gain insight from an experienced SEC reporting professional.
