COVID-19 has changed the workplace in ways never imagined, displacing even the most reluctant employees and managers into working from home. Virtual teams present unique challenges and opportunities for team leaders and team members. Using small and large group discussion, reflection, exploration, and powerful online technology, this highly interactive course addresses common challenges and opportunities that face virtual teams.
