Park Hill

Mi Casa Innovation Lab in Park Hill and the COCPA Financial Literacy Committee are partnering to present Take Control of Your Finances: Plan Your Future. Volunteers are needed to help present information on setting financial goals, developing a spending plan, establishing credit, and other topics. Teaching materials are available. You can volunteer for one session or all sessions.

American Furniture Warehouse (I-25 & 84th)
Spend the day at Junior Achievement's Finance Park. JA Finance Park provides a practical, hands-on budgeting simulation for middle and high school students. As a volunteer, you'll help students navigate their personal finances as they create and practice individual and family budgeting. Located at American Furniture Warehouse at I-25 and 84th Ave in Thornton. Sign up through JA here.

Chaffee Park
COCPA Financial Literacy Committee will be at Warren Village late January 2015 to do a presentation on taxes - understanding credits, and what to do if you get a refund.

Five Points/RiNo 
The Financial Literacy Committee will be volunteering at the Women's Bean Project helping women understand basic financial tools in order to help them break the cycle of unemployment and poverty.
