Welcome to the Young Professionals Council

This new group brings together COCPA members under who are under age 40 or have 15 or fewer years in the profession to plan activities and programs specifically for younger accounting professionals.

In addition to holding bi-monthly meetings, this group has originated multiple focused series:

  • “Connect, Laugh, and Learn with John Garrett, What’s Your And?”
  • “Connect, Laugh, and Learn Series” – January through April 2021
  • “Connect and Learn Leadership Series” – May through September 2021, with Angela Roberts, CPA; Chair, COCPA Board of Directors
  • “Oh, the Places You Can Go as a CPA” – January through June 2022
